About Me

I approach this work as a reflective analyst — but it started long before I had language for it.

I am late-diagnosed autistic and have lived with OCD for most of my life. Long before those diagnoses, I was deeply attuned to patterns — in people, in systems, in myself. I noticed how beliefs shaped behavior. How small shifts in perception changed outcomes. How people organized their lives around structures they couldn’t quite see.

Pattern recognition wasn’t something I set out to learn. It was something I relied on.

Over time, it became a discipline.

I studied sociology with a minor in psychology, drawn to the question of how individuals and systems shape one another. My education gave structure to what I had already been observing: identity, attachment, decision-making, and the architecture of social reality.

I’ve also had a lifelong fascination with consciousness — how we participate in creating the lives we live. How attention, belief, and behavior shape experience.

Nature has always been a quiet reference point for me — a reminder that growth happens in seasons, not straight lines. What looks like repetition is often an upward spiral — returning to familiar terrain with more awareness than before.

After graduation, I tried to fit into traditional workplaces and realized I do my best work independently — going deep, thinking structurally, and writing carefully. The average environment wasn’t built for how my mind works.

So I built a practice around it.

What I offer now is structured clarity delivered with care.

I read closely. I look for themes, tensions, strengths, and the deeper forces shaping someone’s season. And I write with the hope that seeing clearly gives you back your sense of choice.

I care deeply about people’s inner worlds. I care about the kind of freedom that comes from living in alignment with yourself.

I don’t believe you need to be fixed.

I believe you deserve to live deliberately.

When who you are and how you live begin to match, something softens. Something opens.

That’s the work.

If that resonates, you’re in the right place.
